About Us

Calypso Studios was an idea which sprung from a desire to create beautiful spaces and inspired Architecture. Founded in 2019, it has since manifest into an Architectural Practice whose focus is to deliver high quality buildings in a clear, beautiful and ultimately cost-effective way. 

With a combination of over 20 years of experience in the industry, working for the likes of Foster + Partners, Marks Barfield and Rock Townsend, Calypso Studios founders James and Ells have refocussed their knowledge of the residential sector towards delivering homes and housing for the community. 

We are very proud to be a part of the local community of ‘makers’ here in Hampton Court, Surrey but our work extends much further than this.
